We cater all types of events including weddings, corporate events, birthday parties,   Graduation Parties  and more!

We serve a variety of cuisines with Artisan-style Barbecue being our signature skill set.  As skilled chefs we often fulfill a broad range of menu requests for events including American, Italian, Mexican, and more. We can also accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.

We service the greater St. Louis Metro area including St. Louis, St. Charles, Franklin and Jefferson Counties.  Additionally, we offer services throughout the Metro East.

 Absolutely.  We can accommodate just about any menu request including dietary restrictions and food allergy concerns.  Let us know and we will tailor the menu to meet your needs.

 You can choose between pick-up or delivery*.   For additional fees we also provide self-serve buffet-style setups, themed set-ups or full-service buffet service  with on-site serving staff. 

(*Delivery is available at no charge within 15 miles of 63011.  A $50 delivery fee is applied to deliveries outside our delivery area.)

Yes.  Deposits are based on your event date.  The further in advance you make a reservation

the lower the required deposit will be.  

Under 30 Days = 50% Deposit  /  31 - 45 Days = 40% Deposit  /  46+ Days = 35% Deposit

The broad answer to that question is that it is never too early to reserve catering for your event.  We are a 'First Paid' company.  This means we do not reserve dates without a paid deposit - the first to pay a deposit gets the date reserved on our calendar.  We tend to book well in advance for peek season dates and wedding reservations are sometimes made 8-18 months in advance.

Typically, we ask that reservations are made at least 15 days in advance.
