Welcome to the carryout counter

Since we began our journey to bring a higher level of service to the barbecue catering landscape, we've explored numerous ways to expand our ability to serve more of the St. Louis Community.  The natural progression would be to open a standard sit down restaurant.  However, we've always felt that a commitment of that level would distract from our ability to provide high level catering services...our first love!

What the Carryout Counter allows us to do is to innovate.  To explore new dishes.  To serve more people our creations.  But what it really does is allows us to elevate our catering abilities and give people an avenue to come try us as they seek to hire a caterer.  Adding delivery service expands that capability even further.

Along with all of our fan favorite dishes we've become known for, at the Counter we continuously play with new menu items that we believe makes us stand above the usual fare found around town.
